The Dream of Acquiring the Best Property
It is undeniable that in the life of every individual the material part has more than preponderant importance.
A certain vehicle can help us in our work activities in some cases provide comfort and pleasure in others.
The clothes we choose will identify our tastes and define our personality. And therefore no one would dare to deny that these goods that we set as an example, (clothing, and vehicles) are fundamental in our daily lives. But even so, although it seems contradictory, rare to see establish total affective bond with this type of goods. We can take “affection” to a particular garment at a certain time, but over time, by the use and wear, we will probably end up discarding it. Or we simply do it because it is already fashionable. Something very similar happens with the car. Whether for the time of use or to enjoy the “latest model” (siesta within our reach) we will end up changing it.
However, when we talk about choosing a home, this varies singularly.
No one is secret the totally emotional and affective influence of our paternal house or that of our grandparents, for example: The location that characterizes it, the warmth of its materials, the distribution, the light of its spaces, the color of its walls, in short everything that surrounds us in his stay and in the reminiscences of a home.
Under that concept, choosing the place where you are going to live becomes a real challenge. And this simply because it must meet certain characteristics that match those concepts of what is a home for each person. As an example of the above, perhaps one of the most determining is “Casa Pueblo” in Punta Ballena 13 km from Punta del Este in Uruguay that was home to the sculptor and painter Carlos Páez Vilaro, which was built by him in the year 1958.
It should be noted that this house ended up being one of the tourist attractions of the area for its charming, rare and original beauty. According to Paez Vilaro himself, “I built it as if it were a habitable sculpture, without plans, especially at the request of my enthusiasm. When the municipality recently asked me for the plans I did not have, a friendly architect had to spend a month studying how to decipher it. ” It is evident that the concept of what is a true “home” can vary infinitely in what is the mind of each person and therefore the possibilities of materializing it in a home are also infinite.
This foundation goes beyond the price and value of a property.
Therefore, in our case, one of our highest priorities is to establish as quickly as possible which are the characteristics that define what is the idea of home in each client and transfer them to that range of real estate options that can guarantee the satisfaction of all of them.
Important aspects to consider when buying a home:
Geographic and climatological situation
- Location of work or office
- Access to areas where commercial establishments are needed to solve home and medical issues
- Access to schools in case of having children
- State laws
- Lifestyles
- Spaces of home and comfort
- Connection with the property either by type of stay, what generates, lighting, practicality, distribution.
- Costs or standard of living of the city.
